Here’s a recipe that I love. If you’re not into red meat, you can easily swap it for ground turkey. It’s a quick, easy dish for people who don’t want to be in the kitchen all day:

Amber sent me a cute YOUTUBE video of three Dutch girls sisters singing “Shackles” by Mary Mary. I love how the middle girl is moving her head and smiling. But the kicker is the soulful lick that the one on the right does at the end…priceless.
